Even Indonesia is the largest muslim nation in the world U.S. President George W. Bush's visits the islands the 13th of Nov. 2006 and gets support rallies despite rising anger over the U.S.-led invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan.

"Welcome Mr. Bush, president of the world's most powerful country!" was written on a banner in Bagor. This is where President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono of Indonesia meets Bush.

Jakarta, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, Jember, Lampung and Bogor also have had protests as well as other cities almost every day this month. Protestors cried: "Bush is the enemy," outside the U.S. embassy in Jakarta as they burned an image of the U.S. president.
